早稲田大学卒業後、オハイオ大学大学院で修士号取得（社会学）。在学中にNHKワシントン支局長手嶋龍一氏の直下でリサーチに従事。大手小売を経て語学eラーニングベンチャーにてフィリピン及び中国にて海外法人立ち上げ及び経営に従事。その後（株）WEIC取締役CMOとしてEdTech事業とSales Tech事業の責任者を務めた後バイアウトを実行。（株）WizWeを設立し、人とデジタルのサポートで語学学習を習慣化し、90％以上の学習者を完走に導く「Smart Habit」を開発。2020年より同事業をデジタルプラットフォーム化し事業グロースに従事。
