# DX Program

習慣化サポート付き DX学習プログラム

日本企業は、急速に進むデジタル化に取り残される危機に直面しています。  
労働人口の減少や多様化する顧客ニーズに対応するためには、  
本格的なDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）への取り組みが不可欠です。

## DX人材育成の第一歩

DX人材を育成するにあたり、企業がいきなりITパスポートの資格対策などに取り組む環境を整えても、ITに苦手意識を持つ人ほど難しく感じて挫折しやすくなります。その結果、十分な成果につながらないケースが少なくありません。

特にITに苦手意識のある人にとっては、学習のハードルが高く感じられることも少なくありません。
