**1****．目標や課題に適した厳選教材をご提案**​

Smart Habitでは、導入前に企業様の課題をヒアリングさせていただき、どのようなシーンで英語が必要なのか、目指すのはTOEICスコアアップなのか、スピーキング力強化なのか等、深堀りしていきます。  
​ 企業様の様々な課題に対し、Smart Habit商品開発チームが検討を重ねて厳選した16教材（※）から最適な教材をご提案いたします。（※2021年4月現在）

 

**２．****before/after****の効果測定による成果の見える化＋結果データ****分析**​

Smart Habitでは、研修の前後で効果測定試験を実施しています。さらに研修期間中の学習者様のすべての学習記録データ、習慣化サポートチームのサポートデータを蓄積しています。Before/afterのスコアの変化と期間中の学習状況を詳細にデータ分析し、何が原因で成果が出たのか、出なかったのか、人事様に最終報告し、次の研修の改善に活かします。

 

**３．習慣化サポートチームによる伴走**​

英語力は、正しい教材を正しい方法で学習し続けることで確実に向上していきます。Smart Habitでは、習慣化サポートチームが学習に最後まで伴走。英語学習の方法のアドバイスをお送りしたり、学習ペースが緩やかになったり、止まってしまった学習者様へ、習慣化サポーターからメッセージや電話などのフォローを行うことで、学習継続に導きます。習慣化サポーターの伴走で、7割以上の方が習慣化を実現しています。

習慣化サポート無しで学習したグループ（A）と、  
習慣化サポート付きで学習したグループ（B）の学習進捗の比較

(A)の習慣化サポート無しでプランを受講したグループでは、危険を示す「赤」の割合が、月を追うごとに増え、最終的には8割を越える学習者が完了に至りませんでした。（B）のグラフが示す通り、Smart Habitのデジタル＋習慣化サポートのハイブリッドサポートによって、学習進捗完了割合がサポート無しの場合と比較して400%アップし、途中離脱者割合（「危険」割合）は、230％改善しています。

※比較条件：

・学習コンテンツは英語eラーニング  
・４ヶ月で合計60時間の学習目標   
・右と左でそれぞれ受講者は100名ずつ  
・縦軸は合計人数に対する割合、横軸は時間推移（1週目~11週目）
